Preparing for your arrival
Your stay should begin when you arrive, not after the cleaning.
Before you return, we can organise cleaning, air the house, check essential facilities and arrange welcome provisions or flowers.

The first day
Nobody wants to spend the first day of a holiday making beds.
A house that has been closed for months has a particular smell, and usually a list of small jobs to go with it. The fridge is empty, the water may be off, a light has gone, and the first afternoon disappears into chores and a trip to the supermarket.
Your time in the Algarve should begin with enjoying your home, not preparing it. Let us know when you are arriving and what you would like, and the house can be ready and waiting.
What we can arrange
Choose what makes it feel like home.

Practical checks
- Water and hot water

- Garden and pool attended to beforehand
The welcome

- A welcome pack to your taste
- Your preferences remembered for next time

An example
Landing late on a Friday.
Your flight gets in late, and the shops will be closed. You could arrive to a house that has been cleaned and aired, the bed made, the water on, and some fresh bread, milk and fruit waiting for the morning. You might even find a jug of flowers on the table, if you have asked for them.
If you need a transfer from the airport as well, we can help arrange it through our additional concierge services.
Good to know
What helps us help you.
Please give us as much notice as you can, since cleaners and other suppliers are busy, especially in high season. Requests at short notice depend on who is available.
Arrival preparation is arranged on request. Flowers, provisions and third-party services are charged in addition to our fees unless your agreement says otherwise. If a practical check finds something that is not working, we will tell you and, as agreed, arrange for it to be looked at.
