We arrange and oversee housekeeping, garden care and swimming pool maintenance, so your property is presentable, well maintained and ready whenever you or your guests arrive.
Why oversight matters
Routine care only works if someone checks on it.
Many owners already have a gardener or a pool company, and have no way of knowing how things look between visits. Others have lost a good supplier and do not know where to begin. Either way, the Algarve climate is unforgiving: a summer without proper watering, or a pool left too long without care, is noticeable very quickly.
We can arrange these services for you, or work with the suppliers you already trust. Either way you have one person keeping an eye on the overall picture and telling you if something is not as it should be.

A last-minute visit
You decide to come for a long weekend in March. We can organise a clean and ask the gardener and pool company to attend beforehand, subject to their availability.
The family leaves
You have just spent August at the house and fly home on Sunday. A post-stay clean can be arranged so the house is left in order for the months ahead.
A new garden supplier
Your long-standing gardener retires. We can help find a replacement and see that they understand how you like the garden kept.
Scope and costs
What is agreed, and what is separate.
The services we arrange, how often they take place and how they are paid for are set out in your agreement. Charges from cleaners, gardeners and pool companies are distinct from our management fee.
Availability varies, especially in high season, so last-minute requests depend on what suppliers are able to offer. The technical work and chemical treatment of a pool remain the responsibility of the pool professional.
