About
Viktoriia Lokha
The person you speak to, and the person who looks after the detail, when your home is in the Algarve and you are not.

In her words
A personal commitment
I believe that looking after someone’s home is about much more than organising repairs or checking the post. It is about being present, noticing the small things and building a relationship based on trust.
For many owners, a property in the Algarve is a place filled with memories, family time and long-term value. It deserves careful attention, reliable local oversight and clear communication throughout the year.
My aim is simple: for you to feel confident that your home is being cared for properly, professionally and personally, even when you are far away.

What that means in practice
Why owners want a person, not a call centre.
You know who to call
Your home has one point of contact. You do not have to explain the house again each time something comes up, because she already knows it.
She notices the small things
A mark on a ceiling, a shutter that no longer closes properly, a garden that has had too little water. Small things are easier to deal with when someone sees them early.
Local, and coordinating
Viktoriia works in the Central Algarve and coordinates local suppliers on your behalf, so that the right people arrive at the right time and the work is followed up.
You decide
Agreed scope stays agreed. Anything outside it, or any cost that needs your approval, comes to you first with a clear explanation.
Discreet by habit
Holding the keys to someone’s home is a privilege. Your property, your arrangements and your family’s comings and goings stay private.
Attentive to the welcome
Fresh air through the house, clean linen, flowers on the table if you would like them. Arriving should feel like coming home.

Working with Viktoriia
A relationship that grows with your home.
Care for a home is rarely fixed. In the first year you may want regular visits and help finding reliable suppliers. Later you may spend more time here, begin letting the property, or need help with a refurbishment. The arrangement can change as your plans do.
What stays the same is the relationship: one person who knows the history of the house and how you like things done.
The best way to judge whether we are right for you is a conversation.
