Airport transfers
Arranging a driver to collect you, your family or your guests, so nobody has to work out the route after a long day of travel.
Car hire
Help arranging a hire car for your stay, with the practical details sorted in advance.
Furnishing
Coordinating deliveries and installation when you are furnishing or updating a home and cannot be there to receive them.
Welcome packs
Provisions, flowers or a thoughtful touch for you, your family or your guests, chosen to your taste.
Refurbishment assistance
Local liaison with suppliers during refurbishment, including access and following up on agreed works.
Other owner requests
If it is a reasonable request relating to your home or stay, please ask. If we cannot help, we will say so.
An example
A new sofa, and nobody home.
You have ordered furniture for the house but will not be in Portugal on delivery day. We can agree a slot with the company, be there to let them in, check that what arrives appears to be what you ordered, and send you a note of how it went.
How these services work

These services are not automatically included in a management arrangement. Each is subject to confirmation and to third-party availability, and costs are agreed with you before anything is booked.
Third parties provide their services under their own terms. Our part is to help with the coordination, and we will be clear about who is responsible for what.
